The volunteer run Dundee Real Nappy Network has set up a Dundee Nappy Exchange Yahoo Group to make it easier for local real nappy users to find one another and trade nappies.  It has been running for a few months now so it is really worth signing up and taking a look.

NCT sales are also a great way to buy and sell nearly new nappies.   Check out the local NCT webpage to find out when the next one is.

You may also want to donate/find nappies on FreeCycle.  Check out the local freecycle site to see how it all works.
